I qualified in 2004 from Keele University and went to work in the NHS in various Liverpool hospitals. From there I progressed into private practice where I gained in depth experience and knowledge of working with tennis, rugby, football and swimming teams.
In 2011 I set up my own Physiotherapy practice, Haughton Physiotherapy, based in Haughton, Tarporley.
Covering all aspects of physiotherapy, I specialise in Pilates and sporting injuries along with seeing a huge variety of musculoskeletal disorders.
In my own time I am a keen horse rider, hoping to compete each summer in a bit of British eventing and dressage. I also have a huge interest in Pilates to keep the old core strong!
